For facilitation services, please understand that final outcomes, decisions, and processing times are determined by the relevant government agency, consulate, or third-party provider — not by Pontal Brazil. We facilitate the process but do not control or guarantee results.

Service Engagement and Client Responsibilities

Services may be initiated in person at our office, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website. When you engage our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documents.
  • Attend all scheduled appointments (e.g., consular appointments) on time.
  • Maintain your own copies of all documents submitted to us.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if the documentation provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or if the request falls outside the scope of our capabilities.

Handling of Personal Documents

  • Payment structures vary by service. Some services require full payment upfront, while others may require a deposit with the balance due upon completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known delays, but we cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pontal Brazil is not liable for decisions, denials, or outcomes made by government agencies, consulates, or other third-party providers (including but not limited to visa denials, apostille rejections, or passport processing delays).
  • We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount of fees you paid to Pontal Brazil for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Latnop Multiservices LLC (DBA Pontal Brazil) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
