Questions families ask us

Are your interpreters accepted at USCIS interviews?

Yes. Our interpreters meet USCIS requirements: fluent in both English and Portuguese, 18+, and not the applicant's attorney or witness. We follow USCIS Form G-1256 procedures and have supported more than 2,400 immigration interviews.

How quickly can you book me?

For phone calls with US agencies we frequently book same-day. For USCIS or court appointments we recommend at least 3–5 days lead time, but we accept urgent bookings whenever our team has availability.

Do you keep what's said confidential?

Always. Every interpreter on our team is bound by a written confidentiality agreement, and many appointments are NDA-covered. Your conversation never leaves the room.

Can you join a USCIS interview by phone?

Absolutely. For most field offices we can join by phone when in-person isn't possible. We'll confirm the office's specific policy before your appointment and bring a backup plan either way.

What does it cost?

Every situation is different — duration, location, modality, and urgency all factor in. Send us a few details through the form below and you'll have a clear, written quote (no commitment) within hours.

Which other languages do you cover?

Brazilian Portuguese ↔ English is our specialty. For Spanish and other languages we maintain a small vetted partner network — ask us and we'll let you know honestly whether we're the right fit.
