Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Pontal Brazil, a trade name of Latnop Multiservices LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before any work is finalized and delivered.
• For larger or more complex engagements, we may establish payment milestones throughout the course of the work. Regardless of the milestone structure, full payment must be completed before final delivery.
• All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Government and third-party fees (e.g., consulate fees, apostille fees, shipping costs) are separate from our service fees and are communicated at the time of quoting.

Refunds for Incomplete Services

If Pontal Brazil is unable to successfully complete the requested service, you are entitled to a refund. However, the refund amount may be reduced to account for costs already incurred during the processing of your request, including but not limited to:

• Credit or debit card processing fees charged by payment processors.
• Government or consular fees already submitted on your behalf.
• Shipping or courier costs already paid.
• Third-party service fees that are non-recoverable.

In such cases, Pontal Brazil will provide a breakdown of the costs deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The service was completed successfully as described.
• A government agency, consulate, or third-party provider denied or rejected your application for reasons beyond our control (e.g., visa denial, apostille rejection due to document issues).
• You failed to provide accurate or complete documentation, which prevented us from completing the service.
• You missed a scheduled appointment (e.g., a consular appointment) without prior notice.
• You cancelled after work had already been substantially completed.

Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made before any work has begun are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to partial refunds, reduced by costs already incurred as described above.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
