Disappointed

The order process was very professional and fast from PontalBrasil. The Order updates and communications were good all the way thru delivery and receipt. However the product that I purchased and received (Dolce de Leite Chup Chup) was spoiled and disgusting to the taste, and I had to throw away the whole bag. I cannot confirm if this is a quality issue with the manufacturer, or poor handling/storage along the way, but I will not purchase from here again.
